Pc worked on ground floor, now doesn't

living in halls at the moment, I was on the ground floor but then had to be moved upstairs. Unplugged everything, connections are all fine and the lights are on (on the motherboard), but it will not switch on. I checked the connections and it seems to be all wired properly.... Please help

nvm, looks like I pressed the clear CMOS switch on the back when I moved it, now to sort the damn bios..
