Hi Guys
Recently put a 320gb hard drive in my PS3 and thought I'd whack all of my iTunes music on there. All my songs are from CDs that I actually own and have run through iTunes to get them on my computer so they're all in AAC format.
I copied them all over to my external hard drive, then copied all of them from there to my PS3 (I think it's about 10gb worth). The problem is... the PS3 doesn't recognise the "Artist" for each song and lists them all as "Unknown"!
How can I get around this? It seems to be something to do with Sony using a slightly different AAC technology to Apple or something. I can make my iTunes collection MP3 in iTunes but it will take ages and then I'll have two versions of all my songs (MP3 and AAC).
Any suggestions?
