    Oil cooled PC

Detailed info here, yours for just $4,000 in theory.

Tom's Hardware helps you buy the best hardware and build the best PC to play, create and work..

So, the price is mostly due to the custom implementations of common hardware pieces and apparently neat case design. Unfortunately for that price you can buy a similar air-cooled, silent PC with stock items and without the hassle of having to filter the oil every three months.

I’m skeptical to say the least. As one of the posters said, what happens if you want to upgrade? waiting for everything to dry out would take aaaaggggges.

I imagine it would be well worth it for server use though.

No, not really. Beside lacking everything that a good server would need (like dedicated RAID controller, more standard drives and not SSDs, no need for 3 GPUs), the oil inside gets "dirty" quite easily, requiring a constant monitoring of it pureness level and filtering/replacing when its get too dirty.
It's a gaming rig of -IMO- dubious use, standard air and water cooled rigs can cost much less for the same performance.

You could buy a better designed Mac tower with 2 quad core 3ghz xeons for less money. you know you've failed in designing a PC when a Mac costs less lol!

3-way SLI, even though useless, it's something Macs can't offer right now.
