Does such a thing exist?
I heard an action replay or blaze disc did it, but am finding it hard to find any concrete info.
I am fed up playing Ikaruga letterboxed, and would rather get one of these, if they exist, instead of forking out for an ntsc machine.
I do have one of the dodgy boot discs with the spinning reindeer (version 1.2 i believe) but this does nothing, plus my pal DC is chipped.
Any help would be grateful
