I didn't believe it but I was trawling through eBay using their not particularly helpful new search engine looking for VGA to Component transcoders. Very few on offer at a reasonable price in the last few months.
But then as a last resort I just put in a search for KeyDigital. One hit came up, end of a 7 day listing and I actually won the thing. Total cost inc. shipping $25. Seems like a genuine bargain from a kosher seller and worth the risk anyway at that price.
Other US retailers are selling it for over $100 and one at $325!
Now I've got to find a DC VGA lead/box and a cheap but good component lead. Any advice?
I'm particularly concerned about the audio as most of the DC VGA boxes I've seen only have a single 3.5mm stereo jack. Are there any with the more usual left/right RCA outputs?
