Apple Cinema Displays

Looking to upgrade my monitor. I have a nice shiny new macbook waiting for me for xmas and have been looking at a few screens.

I have looked at the Dell that that has been mentioned in the audio visual forum and the samsung T240 24".

For not much more I can get a 20" Cinema Display. I don't need it for HD gaming etc just as a good quality desktop for photos etc.

Anyone live with a 20" cinema display???

They're very good monitors, they're just massively overpriced for no particular reason and have virtually no inputs. If you're down with that though (they look awesome, ofc), who cares.

Don't sacrifice precious screen inches for a cool enclosure though man.

I'd always go for the bigger screen and like Randicoot says, there's some much better priced screens out there like those from Dell & Samsung. It also depends what you're used to I guess, but I'd have thought a 20" might be a big on the small side?

I've just added a 23" to my setup and I wouldn't want to go any smaller than that.
