Make a "PS3 Hori Fighting Stick 3" work with a 360?

Don't think it's possible unless you mod the stick to be 360-only bud.

P.S. What can I use the 360's USB ports for? I can't plug in a memory stick and back up my game saves with them, I can't use a USB Logitech Wheel or a USB joystick. Why are they even there?

Everything has to be 'Microsoft-licenced' to be compatible with the 360. By comparison, the PS3's controller support is open, and is even compatible with PC USB gamepads.
