XBox 360 Repair Questions

Well well well.

My Elite has just got the RROD and it's typical as I've got tons of games to play at the moment.

I just filled out the repair stuff online but had some questions.
Anybody had a repair lately and let me know how it went? (IE: Length of time).

Also... the website states they will email me a label. However somewhere else it says they will send me a box. How does it work exactly?

Just need some advice here on the most efficient way to do it and how things went for others.

I ended up ordering an Arcade to hold me over until my Elite comes back. Too many great games coming out that I wouldn't be able to play otherwise.
