I bought the LE version of Prince of Perisa from GAME and want to trade in HMV, I'm want to know if this version is GAME only and won't go though HMV's till, anyone?

You should be fine. Expect to get the trade/cash value of the regular version though, as the data for the LE will not be on the in-store TRACK system.
