Once you've found a video format that can be tagged e.g. mp4, what's the best app for actually adding them. i.e. similar to the excellent mp3tag for music.

That does it on Macs, with tags viewable in TVersity, itunes and appleTV.
There's a link to a windows version too.
Works a treat in TVersity.
