Snes Wildcard DX and SF memory cartridge

There's an option to copy from the wildcard to a cartridge. Is this Super Famicom cartridge the cartridge I need?

I've no idea if it will work, but in theory it's the right principle.

The SF Memory Cassette was to take to kiosks and download games onto them that way, not through a disk copier.

Nope, doesn't work. Then what cartridge does it want? It has a menu to copy from disk or wildcard to cartridge option. What format is the game in before the SWC copies it?
