Installing newer (not newest) Wii update

I've just installed the Homebrew Channel on my brother's Wii, and he's still on 3.1. I want to install 3.3 (the newest 'safe' update, because 3.4 still breaks things like DVDx, MenuLoader). Obviously the Nintendo update installs 3.4.

Does anyone know how I can install 3.3? I guess some games may contain it, but I don't have loads of Wii games.

Use anyregion changer via the homebrew channel. Update to 3.2. Not 3.3. Also install starfall. Starfall only works on 3.2. This allows you to remove the annoying health screen safely, and also region free EVERYTHING on your wii without gecko os.

You can get the latest wii store update, and the mii channel update as well through homebrew, and install them to 3.2

I used the Custom IOS Downgrader to install 3.2 (and did that to my Wii as well), installed the Wii Store Update, Mii channel update, IOS50 and IOS51 updates so it's got everything needed to run newer games. Also installed Starfall and applied the patches.

Starfall's region free isn't up to scratch though, it seems. While the region free works for GC games (and presumably older Wii games), it fails on my PAL Mario Kart, as well as Happy Dance Collection. These run fine using Gecko and Menuloader though, so maybe the region patching in Starfall needs an update.
