new graphics card recommendation

I bought an AMD xp1800+ about 2 years ago along with an ATI x800. I now want to change my graphics card cause my x800 has a really noisy fan(want a fanless graphics card). what do you guys recommend given my slow cpu? or should i just stick to my current graphics card and get a new heatsink for my graphics card? I'm totally out of date with the whole graphic card stuff so i have no idea what i should be looking for. im open to nvidia or ati, dun really mind as long as the price i right.

The only games I want to play at the moment is guild wars and titan quest which actually runs pretty well on my x800 with all settings maxed out.

Get a new heat sink, your current graphic card is already CPU-limited in some games.
I use an Arctic Cooling fan on my 9800XT, used one on a 9700pro and a third on a X1950pro. Much quieter and cooler than the standard heat sink. Zalman also has a few interesting offers.
