How do I get rid of the high resloution in Half-Life?

Last week of my 2 week holiday. Meet ladies, meet drink, meet Amsterdam and tommrow im having a massive (Well for me) 5 player LAN link up round my mates house on various games.

Been using today as a basis of Downloading maps and mods for Half-Life, Counter-Strike, Operation Flashpoint, Age Of Empires 2, Unreal Tournament etc. and have come to the conclousion that I dont want the new guns instaled on half-life.

How do I go about deleting the high-resloution files in my half-life folder?

You don't want the hi-res models on the hard drive, or you just don't want to use them right now? If its the latter, its in the configuration menus somewhere; I found it the other day when I was looking for voice config stuff, and realised it was turned off for me when I did want to use them.

I installed it when I got blue shift but just for tommrow I want to go back to the original models.
