Lagless PS2 to PC controller converter?

I'm after a COMPLETELY lagless PS2 to PC controller converter, and I was wondering what experiences you guys have had with them and what ones you'd recommend.

Please note that they have to be as close to zero lag as possible.

I think the elecom ones are generally the best for this reason, they have a home button so they can be switched to digital mode for VF5 / and work with guitar hero too.
