Is it ok to use a PSP-1000 PSU with a PSP-3000? The only difference is that the 1000 PSU outputs 5V at 2A, and the 3000 PSU outputs 5V at 1.5A. The 1000 PSU does charge the 3000 PSP, but I don't want it to get damaged. I reckon it'd be ok, but I just want to check really.

Should be fine using 2A if the 3000 only requires 1.5A, it'll only draw what power it needs from the PSU anyway. -
... as long as the PSU is regulated. Which it almost certainly will be, I use a 1000 charger on my 2000 without problems (not sure if the current rating differs though).Comment
