Disgaea DS Boxart

Has anyone got a copy of Disgaea DS (US) that is not the US/CAN version?

I bought mine from VG+ and it is the US/CAN version but every US site I've checked including Rosenqueen.com only has pictures of the US/CAN version and not the US only copy. I like all my DS games to be US only so was wondering if anyone has managed to purchase a US only copy online anywhere?

Are you sure there is a US only one? I presume you assume it's Canadian because it has french text as well as English on the back?

My Disgaea 3 is the same and that was purchased from Gamestop in the states and everywhere I look it appears they are all the same. Maybe it's just a NIS America thing to save costs?

I'm not sure, I thought I'd check because I thinking of ordering another copy to get the US only boxart like I did with The World Ends With You. Does anyone know if it's the same with the US PSP version?
