New projector required - need to order today! HELP!!!

Hi guys,

I don't post very often but you've been recommended by a friend for being technical hero's so here I am

I am in desperate need of a speedy response so if anyone can help I'd be extremely grateful!

I need to order an HD projector by 2pm today for delivery by tomorrow morning, it doesn't matter what make it is and I don't need to know where to get it from as our suppliers can get pretty much anything, what I need to know is what's best.

Here's the requirements:

* 720p/1080p projector
* Needs to cover a wall that's 4.7m x 2.3m (or as much of it as we can) from a throw of 4.3m away
* Budget of ?1300ish

Had a quick look on Projector Central - Panasonic PT-AX200U, throw of 4.3 2x zoom = image 174h 310w 355c2c

This is a 720p native, about ?800

for 1080p there is the 2000/3000 but I think they are over your budget.

This is an LCD proj from a reliable manu with good aftermarket care, given you haven't got much time to evaluate etc you can't really go wrong with this one. Some will point to DLP but some people suffer from 'rainbow vision', where the eye is out of ssync with the colour wheel, giving a rainbow effect if you move your head.

Thanks for the quick reply mate! I'll take a look at it, I've got our suppliers digging around trying to find one as well, hopefully the one you've chosen is a better option as it's a great price for what it is.
