NDS 3-in1 cards

Thinking about binning my EZFlash 2 and looking for a replacement 3-in-1, so I came across this one: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.15778
But I'd really prefer one of these, as it has a mini SD slot (but no 3-in-1 as you can see):

So is my first option the ONLY option for the regular DS?
Not sure if this actually exists with SD-slot.

I don't think they do exist with an SD slot - the 3-in-1s are designed to work in tandem with a slot 1 device mainly for GBA loading and rumble.

OK, thanks for the info (got me a DSOne for some time now and also have a rumble card which came with Actionloop, but I'd like to check out Opera for functionality)
