I saw this on Amazon.co.uk today and thought it may be worth a punt so I can enjoy some (relatively) big screen thrills for my pc and 360. After a cursory look around the web the feedback seems positive. So what do you think? Have any of you got this unit? Should I stay clear?

A thread on AVForums about it, although after a quick read through it doesn't look like much help. Someone in that thread said it was ?371 at Sainsbury's though.

I've got the 37" version of the previous xv model (553?) and it's great. Seriously check sainsburys out if you have one within travelling distance though, they were selling the last few of mine off recently for £300 or thereabouts. Picture quality is excellent after quite a lot of tweaking, sound quality still isn't all that good and I've tried everything to balance it. At low volumes it seems to have a suckout right around the vocal range so no matter what you do speech gets swamped. Turn the volume up a little and it's fine, but if you do low volume listening it could be a factor - that's the extent of my critcisms though, aside from that one minor issue it's a great set, at any price.Comment
