Wiimote motion sensor dead? - FIXED by spanking!

Was playing RE:UC and to reload, you waggle the remote. Reloading stopped working. Bit weird I thought. The aiming all still works fine though. Rebooted and same.

What's confusing me is that on the Wii Channel menu screen, when I turn the remote over, the little hand turns over too. I thought this was from the motion sensor and not the IR sensors, but perhaps I'm wrong.

I then downloaded the Spirit Level utility off the HBB and it didn't work.

Anyway, I tried my other remote and that works fine. Gah. Spirit level thingy is pretty cool by the way.

So any way of fixing this or do I just have to bite the bullet?

I had one go iffy on me as well, i beat it like a ginger stepchild & it ended up working again

Trust nintendo to make something that you can fix by beating it.

Gotta say, this spirit level homebrew is totally awesome and shockingly accurate.
