Steam usage question

I have Steam on my PC with a raft of games, most installed, some paused. Can I install Steam onto my laptop, install and run games from there also? Or can you only have your account on a single PC?

You can have Steam and your games installed on as many PCs as you want, however you can only be logged into your account on one PC at a time. If you're logged in on one PC, then log in on another, you will be automatically logged out on the previous PC.

Quick, answer me this, on my games list I have UT3 appeared, says 3.1 days left.
Is this a freebie Steam have put up?

The game has been made free for the weekend to all Steam users (to promote the huge update released for the game today).

I wouldn't bother trying to download it just at the moment though, I made that mistake and their servers are quite predictably getting hammered.
