I have this one from Joytech.

Three ports, the IR input is on a cable so you can hide it out of the way, and it can be powered by USB. I have mine plugged into my 360's USB port for power, but if your TV has a USB service port that should work too. Only £20 as well.

If i'm playing the 360, will that work if it's plugged into the PS3, if the PS3 is on standby?

It doesn't Auto-Switch, so yes.

I have the same model, had it for ages, runs perfect for my 360, PS3 and Sky+ HD.

The only minor problem I get is if I turn my 360 on without it being on the right AV channel or output then the 360 auto-switches to 480p from 1080i, I think that'd be the same for any switcher that isn't auto though..

Very highly recommended here though, but have a look in your local HMV to find it for £9-ish new

Just to add you can have all three running and just switch between the three when needed with no problems at all, I have it under my glass hi-fi style rack and just switch it with my toe when needed

No. The PS3 USB ports are totally disabled in standby. Connect it to the Wii or 360 instead.

The description in the link isn't particularly clear but this switcher can also be mains powered (comes bundled with a small psu). Saves a lot of messing about.
