Silent Hill & MGS multilingual?

Does anyone know if the PAL UK versions of these two games have multi language options and if so which ones?

Just to make sure, you are referring to the original Playstation games? if so Silent Hill has English, German, French, Spanish and Italian subtitles, I'm pretty certain PAL MGS had separate versions for each language, English, German, French and Spanish.
