    Condensing A4 Documents? (Mac)

    Okay guys, basically I need to turn an A4 pages document into an A5 pdf on my mac. Any ideas on how I can do this without having to go into the office and use CS4?

    Also does anyone know how to print two A5 docs (portrait) side-by-side on A4 paper?

    File->Print
    Paper Size->A5
    Layout->Pages Per Sheet = 2

    That should do it (I'm at work so going form memory)

      Thanks, I tried that but Paper Size->A5 just seems to reduce the size of the paper I'm printing to, effectively cropping my document to 70%. I tried Paper Size->A3 then Layout->Pages Per Sheet = 2 but it's just printing one image with a huge border.

        OK, this will probably do what you want. Think it's free from memory:
