For some, they've been okay. However, if you opt for anything other than Standard Shipping, then that's when the bother starts. I myself, selected DHL Shipping for Capcom vs SNK 2 when it came out on XBox.

After paying the cost for Courier Shipping, the game NEVER came via that route in the first place. It came via Standard Shipping and yet I paid for Courier Shipping.

When I requested a Tracking Number, they treated me like a cow and fed me nothing but bull****. And I'm not the first it's happened to either. So, based on that experience, they won't get my business ever again.

Tronix on the other hand are a model importer in how it should be done IMO.

Another recommendation for Tronix here, very fast. They also marked down the price of KotOR from the US to stop customs charges after I kindly asked.

I'll always get my import games from there now.

tronixweb recommended from me too, ordered some games on a friday and they turned up the following monday and sealed too unlike some places i've used before
