Question about embedding SWF files

recently i have been playing some flash games at work, that have been embedded into an excel file. makes them simple to play and untraceable! Nice!

I have been reading up on how to do this myself, as these ones were off a website. I have the base idea on what im doing, and can get the .swf file embedded ok, and can play it, but i need to be able to play the game through excel without keeping the original .swf.

Hope that all makes sense, ive tried searching online, but to no avail.

The excel file may be pointing to an online server to load the game in. Have you looked at the file size of some of the excel docs you're playing? Do they seem big enough to contain that game? Tried it with the internet connection off?
