Help me please!
Since Xmas I have had my 360 connected to my TV (Samsung) via HDMI and set to run in 720p. No problems at all. Now, this week my brother has been visiting and has been using his PC connected to said TV via the same HDMI cable that I use for the Xbox. Again no problems.
However, as of today when I plugged the Xbox back in I just get a black screen and a message that there is 'no signal', lots of faffing around, switching things off/on again, reconnecting cables etc has not worked. And also when he plugs his PC back in we get the same 'no signal' message on the TV. He tried a variety of resolutions on his PC but nothing. (He also has a small LCD monitor connected to the PC along with the TV)
What is strange though is when he resets his PC the start up screen does display on the TV, but as soon as it reaches the Windows log-in bit it reverts back to 'no signal'. Any suggestions?
