How many games on a standard X-box drive?

just a quickie,
how many games roughly fit on a standard 8 Gb hard drive?
I think the F partition might also be open which gives me 10 Gb?

Depends on the size of the game.

Some games can be 700Mbs were as others can be 3Gbs.

f partion using the addtional 2 GB (which is only available on certain xboxes, most have the standard 8 GB) of space is a seperate pation. It is not possible to add this addtional space to one of the existing partions.

Get the XBOX Game Size tool for the skinny on pretty much all of the games.
