Alternatively, are they available to buy from somewhere proper-like? Direct from Nintendo they want ?9.30 +tax +shipping from Germany +a two week wait.

It looks legit - down to how honest the seller is, but I suspect that might be on the level.

Not seen them in the shops yet though, HMV always seems to get this sort of thing in eventually.
