Is this xbox 360 worth it?

Need a replacement console and was offered this:

Non HDMI Xbox 360 premium (No hard drive) [Not needed i still have my own]
power adaptor/tv cable
fallout 3
GRAW 2

?90 inc postage.

I wouldn't get a second hand one as its easier to take back a new one to the shops when it 3 red lights. Same reason for Microsofts 3 year warrenty also.

Looks like the going rate on an Arcade is about £130. Fallout 3 has been in the discount bin at Asda a couple of times already at £13 & £20 - I doubt if a secondhand copy is worth that much.

I can't see myself ever taking the risk of a secondhand 360, personally.
