Can someone please clarify - GCN power supply

Just a quick question:

Can someone please clarrify that i can dirrectly use a UK GCN power supply with a jap cube. It seems to be that way fromj what i have scouted on the site, but i want to be sure before i risk blowing up my orange baby.
