Just had a quick tinker with Nero.

All you have to do, that I can see, is to create a new audio CD layout using the wizard and simply drag and drop the .wav files required from the file list on the right. This also works for mp3s.

Burn the image and you'll have an audio CD.

NERO can use .cue and .bin files as they are (well, version 5 can anyway, not sure about earlier). You can do it the way Stu mentions, but this is only good for an album that has been split into mp3 files. For a mix CD (where there is just one continuous 79 minute mp3 or a bin file), you'll want to use the cue sheet so that you get all the track breaks in the right places and the audio isn't interrupted between tracks.

      To do this...

Make sure that the .cue and .bin (or mp3 if that's what is referenced in the cue sheet) files are in the same folder somewhere on your hdd.

      Select file menu

      Select Burn Image...

Point it to the .cue file.

NERO should bring up the "write" dialogue box where you select recording speed etc.

      Start the burn.

Yeah just try burning the CUE file, it should work in CDRWIN. If not then I am afraid I cannot help.

CDRWIN would be your best bet. Also open the CUE file in notepad, and make sure the path quoted points to the same directory as where your WAV files are. Seems to work for me.
