    Transfering files to my VMU

I have some vmu files stored on my pc that I would like to transfer to my VMU. The only problem is that I cannot connect my Dreamcast to the internet since I do not ahve the dream arena 3 disk or a dial up connection any more. Is there a way that I can transfer these files to my vmu?

I'm really not sure how else you'd do it, to be honest. Your best bet by far would be to

    1) call Sega Europe - its entirely possible they have a few still lying around, and normally give them away free - just claim you bought your DC recently if they ask why you didn't get one earlier.

    2) tons of places do free dialup accounts; I'd recommend sticking your broadband browser at www.clara.net and getting their free trial; it doesn't even expire!

Don't forget that you can use an in-game browser to browse the internet; like PSOv2 - I used this to crib a bunch of stuff of various Sega Rally 2 related web sites.

Is there a linker cable, available?

I'm sure there used to be a way of physically connecting the VMU to a PC.

Yeah there's the Nexus VMU with PC link cable. Looks like it might be hard to find though.

hi, you will need one of these-CLICK

they connect to your pc so you can transfer files on to it and the over to your vmu or just use that as a vmu.

You know what I'm tempted to get one of these for myself. I already have like 8 VMU's and keeping track of all those saves is no Joke.
