Looking for PS3 controller to work on XBox

I'm trying to find an adaptor or something that allows me to play with a PS3 pad on an Xbox but can't seem to find anything.

It's times like these I miss Lik Sang.

eBay has a few things but they cost like ?70 which seems ridiculous.
