Cancelling Xbox Live

I've had xbox Live for coming close to a year now, and its been a year i haven't been able to use it once because of my Modded xbox. Now can someone tell how i can find out how much time i have left before they automatically sign me up again for another wasted ?50, and also how to cancel Xbox live, as I've lost all the paper thingys that came with it.

I was planing to buy a second hand pal xbox just to use live but i just do see me having enough money spare to do so until the next price drop.

Just call support to cancel XBL.

You will [should] get an email from MS about 30 days before your subs are to be renewed, that may help if you can't find out your original sign up date.
