atari 2600 games

just wanting to know, how much do atari 2600 games usually sell for?

brand new, 2nd hand , good or bad condition etc

Apart from a handful of rare games, not much. A few quid for a decent title, unboxed. There were so many sold you see.

In good nick with complete packaging you might fare a little better, seems that not many people kept the boxes to 2600 games.

I've always bought them dirt cheap second hand from scummy markets

AtariAge does have a searchable database for rarity too, and does have some PAL information (despite being a US site)...

Yes as lots of sites say that the 32-1 cartridge is rare, so I found it quite funny when people buy up a couple of the PAL ones for a few quid in the hope to make a few bob selling them as there are extremely rare... Ignoring the fact that on PAL they are err common...

Atari 2600 carts are not interchangable, PAL and NTSC carts will only work correctly on the right machine as they send the picture information to the display circuit.... The 2600 has virtually no ram (128 Bytes) for example and 2 and half sprites.

100% correctly no... but most NTSC 2600 carts work okay on a PAL 2600, usually the only thing that's off are some of the colours. Only a couple of my NTSC items do the picture roll and are unplayable...
