    Is my 360 DVD drive shagged?

    It occasionally reads games as CDs and I get dirty disc errors during installs. I'm having a mare getting Forza 3 installed right now

    You just need a new laser mate, easy job (10 minutes) but means opening the console.

      Does anyone fix 360s cheap? Even if its easy I could do without the hassle and it could always be something more serious. I'll try a lens cleaner first.
