Released today, in both 32 and 64-bit flavours. Supports Windows 7, Vista and XP 32-bit (not XP 64-bit)
I'm traditionally an OpenOffice user. I have a soft spot for open source software, plus it's easier on the wallet. However, I've come across a few Word files (both .doc and .docx) that haven't displayed properly in OpenOffice Writer (incorrect formatting etc). Plus I have to do Powerpoint presentations for my university course, and I don't really trust OpenOffice to create files that will work 100% in Powerpoint without hiccups. I was considering grabbing Office 2007 Ultimate for £35 as part of a student offer, and I coincidently ran into this. A good discouragement.
Time limited until October 2010.
