Need my Panasonic Q modded to play PAL DVDs

Can anyone mod my Panasonic Q to play PAL DVDs (I'm assuming there's still no way of getting it to play PAL games without the freeloader)? Ideally I'd also like it to play US games straight off without having to hold the button down for 5 seconds, but if this removes the ability to play Japanese games I might not (although I don't own any Jap games)...

I tried contacting Saurian but I don't think my PMs work as I've PMed people in the past and they've not gotten them (either that or everyone is ignoring me ).

but now he just sells the kit as far as I can tell. Not seen anyone give feedback on a Q mod from him either. You could try contacting him to see if he knows of anyone else modding Qs.

Modding a Q for pal and regionless DVD playing is quite involved, you need to fit extra video ram (nothing to do with the GameCube) and install the regionless firmware from a special disk.
