Can't enter the Beatles Rockband Store - 360

I'm running the Beatles Rockband Hong Kong version on a Japanese 360 elite. While the game works just fine and I can play the XBOX Live modes I can't actually access the store. I thought this maybe because I'm using a Hong Kong game on a Japanese 360 with my profile set to Japan. So I made a new profile set to Hong Kong and also changed my location to Hong Kong yet I still can't access the store. I can access all of 360 HK stores through the 360 dashboard but even there there's no Beatles Rockband downloadable contense.

Is the Beatles Rockband store only available in Europe and the US? If so that's not really fair to the rest of us especially when the game is officially on sale in some parts of Asia.

At a guess I'd say that The Beatles : Rock Band store is not available in that region?

You could try buying the content from the standard 360 marketplace, with the new update it has a music section and a Beatles game section within it...if it's not there then that kinda confirms that it's not available.

Yeah, it's not there. man, what a ****ter You would have though that selling The Beatles Rockband officially in Asia that they'd have the download content as well. Would changing my console's region to the Uk in a new profile work? And if it did could the download content be used with my original profile?

I think you used to be able to have profiles from different regions, but I think now you'd need a proxy as they got wise to it! Though I'm not sure, because I've not done it in ages. A few people on my friends list had a Japan-only game that they'd downloaded that way, so it's possible for certain!

I'd suggest creating a new profile, a "uk" one and try to see if you can download stuff from the UK store, perhaps try the cheapest bit of avatat you can, if it works then you should be okay to get the Beatles stuff!

If it worked, as long as the profile that purchased it was logged in, say as player 2, then yeah, your main profile could use it.

Thanks Jebus. I'll give that a try tonight. As you can tell I'm new to the 360 Probably the first time in my life I've bought a new console halfway through it's life. I've always bought at day of release or close to. I'm glad I did make the move to the 360 though. having a blast with it.
