Who's received/still waiting for their free Xbox Live game?

The promotion where you had to get a friend to join.
I had anemail about a month ago asking which game I wanted, even though I'd already had it confimed when I originally applied for it.
Please state whether you have it or are still waiting.

I emailed them about this and was told that i couldntbe found on the list. Even though we followed the thing to the the last detail. So i wouldnt hold your breaths lads just email xbox help service and ask them. I did and was told that i wouldnt be getting a free game *****.

I got the same email asking what game i wanted, but then to my suprise the game (midnight club 2) turned up.

The promotions just-about-unreadable-unless-you-highlighted-them 'terms and conditions' advised to post an e-mail, had nothing arrived by the 1st of September.

I mailed a message on the 3rd and had a reply on the 9th, saying that my details had been found and that my "game will be with me soon!". Nothing's turned up yet; but I'm a patient chap...

Now where's my game?!?!? ft:

My selected title was MotoGP 2, by the way. It appears that many of the 'no shows' chose this title, so the delay may just be a result of the number of requests...

I signed up for Live on 20th of August.

I think this is two seperate promotions. One was get a friend to sign up and get a free game. The other was sign up yourself in the month of July and get a free game.

I did the latter and am pretty much in the exact same situation as andy572 above, got an email back on the 10th and am awaiting MotoGP 2.

I got mine ages ago.

And sold it on Ebay !
