I imagine these are going to be really dim questions but I'm going to ask anyway.
My current router is 802.11 b/g/n compatible and has encryption settings of WEP, WPA/WPA2, WPA and WPA2. I suppose like many people I have devices on the network with varied compatibility.
If I was to set my router with the best encryption (WPA2?) would other devices which aren't compatible then connect via a lower compatible setting or would they just not be seen?
The same question goes B, G & N wireless types?
Thanks.
