DS Chrono trigger box has 'for display purposes only'?!

Hi,

I bought a PAL copy of Chrono Trigger on the DS from eBay, everything is as it should be as if i bought it from HMV, Amazon etc.. except in place of where the barcode should be it says 'for display purposes only'? this has me a little perplexed?

The game is definitely genuine as i've tested it and the manual and box, insert etc... are all genuine, what gives here?

It was probably an open copy bought from a GAME and they couldn't find a real box and so put the manual/cart inside one of the display copies.
