360 controller dismantle

ok got all the screws out but im trying to replace the left stick but to desolder it i need to remove the left trigger.

Is there an easy way to remove this without desoldering the actual trigger sensor?

As far as I remember, it's a bit of a bugger to hiff the trigger out of the spring, but it certainly doesn't require any de-soldering. I replaced my triggers with an XCM case mod a few years ago.

It isnt hte actual trigger i want off , its the whole plastic holder. I need to get at the solder points for the analogue stick.
