Is it possible to use a Dual Shock with a 360?

Hello people.
I cannot stand this 360 controller any longer.
Is it possible to use a Sony pad with a 360 and also have use of the headset for live play.

I got one of these and it does the job fine. You need to plug a wired 360 pad into it though (that's the case for any adapter due to the security MS put on controllers). You also need to use a wireless headset.

The XConverter 360 is also supposed to be very good.
