Recently I have not been able to access my hotmail messages through outlook express and get this message,
Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 12019, Error Number: 0x80004005
And I cant access ebay.co.uk either for some reason, which is strange as this seems the only site which I have tried which I cant access. I am running windows xp and am using a router to share the broadband connection between my computer and an xbox, oh and my isp is ntl.
I am not particularly confident with computers, so I wonder if anyone might be able to assist with this problem.
