This is what you need for MAME.

"SMALL" mame set up!! lol would love a cab but sadly no room

i already have the twin x arcade stick, so really just looking for a compact pc unit! as i feel my tower is a bit too big.

got a 22" wide screen monitor but looking to switch that for a 17" 4:3 one.

suppose some retro emulation as well, maybe upto PSone or N64 as well....

My Dell Inspiron is about four years old and I haven't come across any problems with running MAME.

Get a CRT over flatscreen for MAME. It's not ideal but it's a bit more "real looking".

MAME runs well on pretty much anything, but I've not been into it for a good few years now. Last I saw they were messing about with 3D titles, and newer releases, which wasn't my thing. I think I'm on version 0.92 or something daft on the cab

Avoiding what I imagine to be very high requirements for the 3D titles, anything about a 5 year old 2ghz CPU will do Killer Instinct 2 just fine

got myself a 17" CRT monitor, my uncles PC blew up and he got a new one with an LCD so sorted for that!

so i have an x-arcade, CRT, and a PC, still not to sure wether to get the ACER or not, and my tower is more than enough, but feel its just too big..

anyhoo going to get mamed out soon!
