I know that www.importx.co.uk do game soundtracks, but I can't comment on their overall service as I've never used them personally.

You can often find game music soundtracks on ebay as well.

I bought a few soundtracks off them years ago. They didn't mark them down, but I didn't get stung for import duty/tax either.
