CD surface cleaner

Wondering is anyone can recommend a cd cleaning fluid/ cream to me.

The type that will get rid of minor scratches and that will actually polish the surface of the disk. Not those crappy wipes that just remove dirt.

I have been looking for some 'Crystal Disk' cleaner as that is what I have used for years, but cant find anyone who stocks it.

What do you guys use to remove scratches on your disks?

You want a skipdoctor device which fixes surface scratches. Fixed a few of my CDs with this. I tried many cleaning solutions, but none of them actually removed scratches, just filled them in for a while.
